WIP: feat(ci): adding DH push pipeline
When we merge to develop, this pipeline will automatically push images to hub.docker.com
It's in WIP since it is not usefull to run any CI on this.
Will be in fact tested when merged.
Maintenance operation of our GitLab server is scheduled for Thursday, November 28 at noon. The server will be unavailable for about two hours.
