WIP: feat(ci): adding DH push pipeline

Raphael Defosseux requested to merge ci_push_dockerhub into develop

When we merge to develop, this pipeline will automatically push images to hub.docker.com

It's in WIP since it is not usefull to run any CI on this.

Will be in fact tested when merged.

Merge request reports
