Multiplex multiple radio bearers in a single TB

  • the scheduler multiplexes multiple bearers (SRB1, SRB2, DRBs) in a single transport block
  • an array allows the scheduler to indicate a priority of LCs, and how much data should be allocated
  • this will be used later for QoS scheduling
