UE phy sync improvements

  • Improvement for SSS detection
  • Fix for SIB1 (FFO correction at initial sync)
  • Improvement for long run (continuously time synch based on PSS)
  • Fix nr_pbchsim to avoid multiple ffo compensations for each trial on input samples
