WIP: various CI improvements

  • store executables with which core dumps have been created for better analysis
  • do not capture GTP, bloating PCAPs
  • complete + order build_oai help
  • build all libraries in containers (e.g., nrscope, telnet, ...)
  • increase (containerized, 5G) RFsim throughput and tentatively analyze
