WIP: CI: migrating VM-based tests to Container-based tests

• FDD w/ or w/o EPC --> OK for 5/10/20MHz

I tried w/ TDD and it is not working yet

Still a bunch to add.

I also added log analysis on the UE container(s)

I will keep pushing to that branch w/ new tests
