WIP: [CI] add-on to clean AWS objects

Remi Hardy requested to merge ci_clean_aws into develop

this is a small extra function to the Hdashboard.py to remove the test reports on AWS S3, for those MR that are no longer open in Git it is not called by automation (for now), just needs to be called once in a while in procepix workspace to save space and money on S3
