Fix duplicated memory allocation when replaying using mmap add use_mmap parameter for the record player device fix assertion when replaying without using mmap
As this feature can be used for any softmodem exec's this MR has been tagged NR and LTE. It's probably an over-secured option as only files implementing the record player have been modified and no CI currently test this.
