remove lfds v6, lfds v7 for flexran only

Thomas Laurent requested to merge isolate-lfds into develop

There were two versions of unmaintained lib "lock free data structures"
lfds v6 was not used anymore (a bit in dead code) lfds v7 is used only in flexran
with this MR, only flexran depend on lfds
