Ubuntu 20.04 compilation support added in buil-oai Compilation flag updated for native architecture

  • some cleanup
  • drop Ubuntu 14.04, 17.04, and 17.10 (16.04 is still used in the CI)
  • protobuf is installed from repo if available
  • add support for Fedora 35
  • add support for Ubuntu 22
  • fix issue #539 (closed)
