Fix RAN-gNB-nrUE-MONO-TDD-Band78-N300 pipeline

  • fix lookup error: CI was trying to ssh to none, which does not exist
  • fix HTML error in LDPC on GPU test
  • high schedule response time: the N300 requires the option --usrp-tx-thread-config 1 which was missing from this test. Adding it should bring the time down, and make the test pass
