Add 4G MBMS tests to RAN-Container-Parent

  • XML and docker-compose for 4G RFsim MBMS test
  • use image to debug issue of non-existing TRIED TO PUSH MBMS DATA on UE side
  • verify that analysis of logs work I believe it does not show the old TRIED TO PUSH MBMS DATA log but I think that is not important as long as it actually pushes the data
  • XML and docker-compose for 4G RFsim feMBMS test (there are two tests, MBMS, and feMBMS)
  • Delete Disable RAN-CI-develop 4G RFsim tests
