OAI LTE improvements

add stats display in 4G OAI with the 5G command line flag (-q)
simplify code structure: remove RRC and MAC threads
Removed threads related dead code (te_thread ffor example)

Still UL is performing very badly, more modifications to do for correct OAI 4G behavior
