Amarisoft multiple UE scenario

Closed Dhanuja Elizabeth Thomas requested to merge multi-amariue into develop
  1. Added test case to trigger multiple UEs
  2. Now amariue has Attach_UE test case which uses AttachUE method to power_on UE
  3. Removed RunUEScript (which was used to power_on UE)
