Draft: Move 5G RFsim tests from RAN-CI-develop to RAN-Container-Parent

  • FR1 24 PRB SA test: docker-compose + XML
  • FR2 noS1 32 PRB --do-ra test: docker-compose + XML
  • FDD noS1 --phy-test test: docker-compose + XML
  • TDD noS1 --do-ra test: docker-compose + XML
  • install iperf in gNB/eNB containers for noS1 tests
  • use catchsegv in containers to print information about segfaults to improve CI developer experience does not work, see comments
  • deactivate legacy 5G RFsim tests in RAN-CI-develop
