Fix to schedule NR SRS K2 slots in advance

Francesco Mani requested to merge NR_SRS_scheduling_fix into develop

We need to schedule SRS at least k2 slots in advance to take its presence into account in the scheduling of PUSCH. In that case, PUSCH is scheduled with 1 symbol less.
