Enable 100MHz on USRP X310

This branch enables users of USRP X310 to use OAI 100MHz config file: targets/PROJECTS/GENERIC-NR-5GC/CONF/gnb.sa.band77.fr1.273PRB.usrpx300.conf Users should enable threequarter sampling rate (using -E while running nr-softmodem)

Thanks to IISc for giving the idea of using fft size 6144 for the 100 MHz case
