Fix regression pdu session release

Thomas Laurent requested to merge fix-regression-pdu-sessio-release into develop

when the gNB receives the pdu session release, a bug make we don't find the pdu on the ue context (as if the pdu session failed before), so we answer positively to the 5GC, but we don't propagate the release to the UE
