ci: activate DRB ciphering and integrity protection

This merge request fixes a bug with nea2 usage.

It also activates ciphering+integrity protection for the amarisoft-ue + aw2s CI pipeline. (I hope I did something correct. See the second commit.)

I chose this pipeline a bit randomly.

Feel free to correct me if I made the wrong choice to test nia2/nea2 in the CI. We don't need fancy testing, just a few pings with ciphering+integrity protection enabled to check if data goes through. We absolutely need to use a cots UE for that because oai gnb+oai ue may work with wrong code since it's the same code for both.
