CI: Creation of pipeline for OAIUE testing

  • new pipeline for OTA testing with OAIUE (USRP N310) and OAI gNB (USRP N310)
  • UE and gNB run in docker, CN on Openshift Cluster
  • new xml files and configuration files added
  • minor modifications in CI scripts to enable new setup
