Paging, Connection Release, Connection Re-establishment

INOUE Yoshio requested to merge fujitsu_sp1 into develop

This request relates to addition of Paging, Connection Release, Connection Re-establishment to the develop branch. Corresponding issues are #255 (closed),#256 (closed),#257 (closed).

"fujitsu_sp1" branch uses the following function of "x2-ho" branch.

openairinterface5g/openair3/SECU/kdf.c derive_keNB_star

However, I think the x2_ho branch is still not merged to develop branch. I didn't make any modification on derive_keNB_star function. So when "x2 ho" branch is merged to develop branch, I don't think we will have the confliction.

Please be careful when merging "x2 ho" branch.
