CI:AW2S - test with 10 AmariUEs

• increase number of UEs in AW2S pipeline from 3 to 10
• support for 10 UEs in ci_ueinfra.yaml already done
• UEs added to CN database on OC
• New pipeline setup:
  • attach 10 UEs
  • parallel ping operation with 10 UEs
  • parallel iperf UDP in UL with 10 UEs (10 x 2 Mbps)
  • parallel iperf UDP in DL with 10 UEs (10 x 7 Mbps)
• To be checked:
  • high jitter values in DL iperf
  • iperf bitrate perf for both directions (can be adjusted)
