E2 agent: build in CI, fix slice support, add gNB-DU and gNB-CU-UP IDs

  • Fix any build problems in the E2 agent
  • Correctly read slices in KPM SM RAN Function
  • Introduce gNB-DU ID and gNB-CU-UP ID. The configs for running the DU and CU-UP changes slightly, but they have been updated. This is used in starting the E2 agent
  • Build E2 agent in the CI

I initially wanted to add an example for signalling UE RRC state changes via the RC service model, but that would take too much time, and is not the focus of this MR
