CI: add FDD test to SA B200 pipeline

Jaroslava Fiedlerova requested to merge ci-add-fdd-test into develop
  • create new du config file for testing FDD in band 1
  • rename cu config file - no band and radio dependency, can be reused
  • modification of yml file for CU DU deployment - with new config files
  • modification of xml file for SA F1 testcase
  • correct number of bands assert
