NVIDIA Aerial Integration

This MR contains the necessary code changes for the integration of OAIs' VNF with NVIDIAs' Aerial PNF, using FAPI as the standard for communication between the two, and IPC for the message transport. This MR also contains the necessary Dockerfile and docker-compose.yaml files for creation and deployment of the two containers, for integration in the CI.
