LDPC T2 card encoding: rate matching and interleaving on the T2 card

  • Current implementation of the T2 LDPC encoding offload performs LDPC encoding on the T2 card, while rate matching and interleaving functions are done on CPU. This MR enables rate matching and interleaving functions to be done on the T2 card, when LDPC offload is used.
  • Incorrect encoding of small TBs observed for the T2 offload fixed by performing rate matching and interleaving on the T2 card.
