Update L1sim and RFsim documentation

  • Explain better L1sim, and that it might not work and RFsim be used instead
  • Improve RFsim documentation
  • Explain noS1 in RUNMODEM.md instead of linking to some other document (RFsim) that has nothing to do with noS1 in the first place
