Fix RA bug, improve overall logging

• RA bug: when there is no free CCE in Msg.2, we don't send Msg.2, effectively aborting RA, but don't delete the process, which would show up 1024 frames later again. Correctly abort
• updates in logs (drop some, add UE identifiers, ...)
