add patch uhd for lib 4.6.0.0, propose a new way to patch uhd file to factorize code lines

the change has to aim to factorize line patching uhd code it will look for existing file within exact version of the libuhd otherwise try within file having same major version the set +e makes that scripts not exiting before printing the patch result
