speedup integrity computation

Needed for LTE.

Note 1: ciphering does not work in LTE (but didn't work before), plus you need to edit some hardcoded values in the code to activate it.

Note 2: some memory leaks are certainly introduced in the nr UE, to be fixed later. It's not a big issue, it's in the NAS, and security settings in the NAS don't change often.
