Report service Style Type 1 - Message copy in FlexRIC, xApp and Emulator, and OAI RAN
ASN decoding for UE ID and RRC Message
the basis for INSERT service Style Type 3 - Connected Mode Mobility Request, Handover Control request – in FlexRIC, xApp and Emulator, and OAI RAN
an example xApp for INSERT subscription
an example xAPP for using report service (Message Copy with RRC Measurement Report and UE ID) and send RIC control message

**Remarks: **

For all functionalities the FlexRIC submodule should be updated to include the corresponding functionalities
There are build issues with simultaneous Decoding of UE ID and RRC messages due to conflicting ASN sources, this issue will be worked on
