Fix CN tutorial SD value

Stefan Spettel requested to merge fix_cn_tutorial_sd_value into develop

After the newest fix of the CN components AMF, SMF and UPF we require the SD format in the 3gpp-compliant 6-digit hex format.

This MR fixes these in the database.
