(doc): Added a new doc on hardware requirements

  • Added new documentation to explain the hardware requirements for OAI with different RUs
  • Added information about the CPU clock speed in 7.2 doc
  • NOTE: I have not covered much about ARM N1 or N2. I will do it once we have the new server.

Open points:

  • I still have to experimentally check the CPU and RAM requirements for B2XX, N3XX, X3XX
  • Should I mention more about different kernel options? Realtime, Low-latency, Generic, OEM?
