As mentioned in !2938 (closed), artifacting is incorrect for the license/format check scenario.

Tagging in documentation to not run CI.

Has to merged singlely and Jenkins pipeline configuration for https://jenkins-oai.eurecom.fr/job/RAN-Ubuntu18-Image-Builder/ shall be modified before merging to develop.
