CI: Replacing the UE on Aerial setup

  • Replacing the UE in the setup: up2 instead of Sphex.
  • Changing the gNB configuration to 4 layers instead of 2.
  • Increasing the tested throughput to 700Mbps in DL and 50Mbps in UL.
  • Updating TestBed doc.
