knopp requested to merge develop-uedirectorysplit into develop

UE/eNB file and directory splitting in openair1 and a bit in openair2. Some renaming of files for UE-only and COMMON procedures. eNB retains old namings. Creation of new libraries in CMakeLists.txt.
