Optimized dlsch_modulation, removed debug print in slot_fep

Paolo Monti requested to merge Monti/openairinterface5g:dlsch_mod_opt into develop-aarch64build

Fixed dlsch_modulation.c, now calls the correct optimized function. Benchmarking time went down to ~125us from ~730us.

Fixed some leftover debug prints in slot_fep.c
