Added Support of 35Mhz,45Mhz,70Mhz Bandwidth for 30Khz Subcarrier Spacing, Also added 35Mhz, 45Mhz bw for 15Khz Subcarrierspacing. Referred Spec TS 38.101 v18.6.0 section 5.3.2, table 5.3.2-1

Are these new bands release 18? I don't think we support release 18. Do we? The ASN version is release 17 for example.

70Mhz bandwith defined in release 16 itself. 35 Mhz, 45Mhz defined in release 17.

I think there are some scenarios where you need to change the output of get_supported_band_index. At least in prepare_sim_uecap. Check also other parts of the code.

Good point, i did not check the usage of UE CAPability. I will check and update this code.

function prepare_sim_uecap was updated but this was used only in L1 Phy simulators like dl_sim, ul_sim.

Regarding Encoding of UE capability with the new bandwidths (changing uecap xml files) and processing of the UE capability on the gNB side should be done in a separate merge request according to 38.306 specification.

This merge request only enables usage of these new bandwidths and does not update the UE capability message accordingly.

Test3: 273 PRB dlsim fails @Raghavendra please check

Also one of RFsim test fails. I think it is this use of the BW index that breaks:

bwp->P_CMIN = nr_get_Pcmin(bw_index);

fixed the issue. 273 PRB dlsim and the previous issue in RFSIM passes now.
