CI: RFsim F1/HO: Use hanging-workaround to avoid blocking of second client

Following up an analysis in !3427 (comment 162736), use the RFsim "hanging-workaround" option to prevent hanging on second DU connection.

There is another issue with reestablishment that will be handled separately.
