SRS configuration

  • Fix segmentation fault, a memory leak, and LOGs for SRS usage NFAPI_NR_SRS_BEAMMANAGEMENT;
  • Refactor SRS configuration;
  • Add SRS ResourceSet to get the SNR measurements at MAC layer

In this MR we have 2 SRS ResourceSet, for the same SRS Resource. This way, in addition to obtaining the UL-RI, we also obtain the SNR in the MAC and fill the PRB Black list.

This branch has been tested with COTS UE and with RFSim. The measured values ​​seem correct.
