Issue326 lo greview

Remove warnings, especially when compiling whithout T_TRACER, build in specific directory (suffixed with _noLOG) when building whithout T_TRACER. LOG implementation simplified, enhanced to support replacing #if DEBUG_XXX macros, to support dynamic LOG_M macro activation, to fix features which didn't work, to improve perf by simplifying logrecord_mt function.
