CI: migrate RFSim5G to acamas machine

TODO:

• verify if SYS_NICE capability brings performance improvements
• check SA-2x2 UL throughput - occasionally fails to achieve target throughput --> tested UL throughput reduced from 4 to 3 Mbps, speed of acamas is slightly lower than cacofonix

Note: set BUILD-ONLY label, because modifications are only related to RFSim5G test - test on acamas needs to be triggered manually
