CI: test T2 with DPDK 22.11
Following the upgrade of T2 to the latest firmware, DPDK 22.11 is now required. This MR updates the testing pipeline to ensure compatibility and deployment of T2 physims with DPDK 22.11.
Note: Set documentation label, as these changes only affect the
RAN-gNB-N300-Timing-Phytest-LDPC pipeline, which does not rely on Docker images.
CI tests will be triggered manually.
