Bugfix 96 fix build script for 16.04 installation v3

This merge request should close #96 (closed)

I put the helpers which I use for testing it in the following project: FredericLeroy/openairinterface5g-build-helper.

It is a bit rough, but it must help.

I did builds for oaisim, phy-simulators, exmimo_nos1, usrp_nos1, bladerf_nos1, lmssdr_nos1 for Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04.
