CI: Cleanup of Jenkinsfiles and parameters

  • pass pre-computed branch from orchestrator to downstream jobs
  • pass repository from orchestrator to downstream jobs, repository is now configurable via ciRepositoryURL parameter of RAN-Container-Parent
  • remove eNB_/ran-prefixed Jenkinsfile parameters
  • address !4129 (comment 221898) and !4129 (comment 221900) and !4129 (comment 221927)
