Feature 21 tm7 tmp

Florian Kaltenberger requested to merge feature-21-TM7-tmp into develop

This branch introduces TM7. For now, the beamforming is fixed and not adaptive, but this merge request brings some of the groundwork back into develop that is also required for other projects (CRAN). TM7 tests pass with USRP and EXMIMO and all the regression tests have at least as good performance as develop.
