  • MR 612 : add channel simulation in RF simulator
  • MR 624 : fix rfsim ue initial sync and legacy OAI C struct syntax
  • MR 613 : Network-controlled HO (mostly FlexRAN)
  • MR 622 : minor: fix parameters to T call for T_ENB_MASTER_TICK
  • MR 623 : F1: correctly initialize CU RRC params
  • MR 631 : hotfix: do not set s-Measure in measurement report configuration
