Is this libL2_UE.a new and big? Should we increase the size of the file system of the VM?

It is the same with the eNB + USRP build: the VM ran out of space.

I saw you've added a file the RRC also. Correct?

unzip the https://open5glab.eurecom.fr:8083/jenkins/job/gNb-CI/628/artifact/archives/vm_build_logs.zip file. You will see the memory space issues.
