Xxxsoftmodem cleanup

create softmodem-common.c to include code common to nr-(ue)softmodem, lte-(ue)softmodem. Include a function to display process ressources usage, as available via the getrusage system call. call this function when softmodem is interrupted by SIGINT or SIGRTMIN+1 (usually 35)
