chore(ci): refactoring tutorial pipeline

* refactoring pipeline to integrate PCF/ULCL tutorial
* refactoring the HTML report to align w/ COTS-UE pipeline
* adding a little utility tool to detect healthiness of a container
* adding a little utility tool to detect healthiness
* using traceroute to make the policies are respected
* trying to pull from private registry for all NFs. If not present, fallback on local images
* the images that were pulled at start of pipeline are removed at the end from test-server
