Traffic generator image based on Ubuntu 20

In the RAN, we want to upgrade images to Ubuntu 20 (and later to U22). The traffic generator used in RAN tests, based on U18, comes with an iperf version that is different than the one in U18, which makes tests fail.

I suggest to push this image as oaisoftwarealliance/trf-gen-cn5g:focal or (:20.04) to dockerhub.
